Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation from us along with the order details. If you do not notice such an email, please check your spam mailbox or contact us for confirmation.

Please review and ensure you have entered your order's correct address. If you wish to change the delivery address upon your order, do contact us within 2 hours after your order placement for the change to take effect. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.

Shipping Details
We take pride in getting your order to you as soon as possible. With that said, we endeavour to process all orders and ship out soonest within 24 hours.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us on the shipping status and tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be available on the relevant courier’s platform.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us with your name and order number, upon which our team shall conduct a quick verification for you.

Upon shipment, your order shall be delivered in average on the following timeframe*: -

East Malaysia – 2 to 5 working days.
