Support & Coverage

We are committed to serving with your utmost confidence. All products sold in our store come with a 90 days warranty (180 days for Éclat - Wallet Stand) from Order Date against manufacturer’s defect in workmanship.

 

If you discover a defect with your product(s), please contact us and our Team will always be there to assist you. To ease the claim process, kindly prepare the following before contacting us: -

  • Order number and Name of Product;

  • Brief description of the issue or defect; and

  • Supporting photo / video.
     

Upon receipt of your claim, our Team will conduct further verification of your case. Once the manufacturer’s defect is confirmed, you will receive an update within 1 business day from us and a one-off replacement of the same Product will be arranged and shipped to your designated address, fully at our cost during the warranty period.

However, please note that the warranty does not cover circumstances such as normal wear and tear, misuse of the product beyond its intended purpose, serious accidental / forceful damage etc.

Gentlemade reserves the right to ascertain the outcome of warranty claim or make amendments to the existing warranty policy with notice.
