2. In your request, kindly provide us with some key information regarding your order as follows: (i) Name; (ii) Contact number; (iii) Email address; (iv) Order number; (v) Item and reason for return / exchange.​
    

3. With immediacy, our Team will process your request and provide further guidance within the same / next business day.
    

4. After verification, you will just need to ship back the item(s) to us in its original received condition (incl. product packaging and product card, etc) with shipping information.
    

5. Once your returned item is well-received in its original condition, our Team will get in touch with you to proceed with the refund / exchange arrangement within the next two business days.

• Refund is only applicable to the value of the returned item(s) and the return shipping fees (if any), excluding the original shipping fees on your order.
   

• We shall not be held responsible for the status and condition of the return shipment.
